1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing personal data. Each time you access our website, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which documents, for example, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider, in order to ensure comfortable use and for administrative purposes such as system security. To detect attacks, non-anonymised IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days. They are then irreversibly anonymised. Customers can only view IP addresses in permanently anonymised form. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection listed above. Under no circumstances will the data collected be used by us to draw conclusions about your identity. For the operation of the website itself we set no cookies for advertising or measurement purposes, and we do not transmit the aforementioned server log files of visitors to our website to third parties. Which cookies are added after your consent is set out under Cookies.
2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing
We only collect personal data if you provide it to us when making contact (e.g. by e-mail). We also collect personal data if you provide it to us in the context of a request for a quotation, order or order processing, as we necessarily require the data for the performance or processing of the contract in these cases. We use the data you provide exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Your personal data will only be passed on with your express consent and insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships.
3. Contact Options and Your Rights
With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the right to information about the processing of your personal data carried out by us, the right to rectification, completion or erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability in a common, readable format. If you wish to object to a specific use of your data, please contact us directly using the contact details in our legal notice. If you wish to exercise your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, you can generally do so at your usual place of residence.
4. Contact Form
When you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, your message and, if provided, organisation and phone number) and the language of the page in order to answer your enquiry. Your enquiry is delivered to us by email and is not stored in a database on our website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in answering your enquiry.
5. Cookies and Consent
Technically necessary data is stored in your browser so the site works as intended: your cookie choice and your accessibility settings. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Anything beyond that is loaded only once you have agreed in the cookie notice. This concerns two services. The LinkedIn Insight Tag of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company measures whether a visit from LinkedIn leads to an enquiry, and a transfer to LinkedIn Corporation in the USA is possible. Google Analytics 4 of Google Ireland Limited shows us which pages are read and for how long, here too a transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible. Google Analytics 4 stores no full IP addresses, the reports stay anonymous to us. In each case the legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Which services are involved, how long the cookies last and where to withdraw is set out under Cookies.
